Concrete Pile Cutting Machine Operating Guide
1. Pre-Construction Preparation
Select the corresponding number of modules according to the diameter of the pile to be cut, assemble the main body of the pile breaker, and connect it to the hydraulic system of the excavator or the independent hydraulic pump station.
2. Positioning And Installation
Lift the assembled pile breaker, fit it over the concrete pile head, adjust it to the preset cutting elevation, and fix it in place with the positioning pins.
3. Hydraulic Cutting Operation
Operate the hydraulic system to control all cylinders to push the chisels forward synchronously, applying continuous uniform pressure to the pile until the concrete pile breaks neatly at the preset position.
4. Post-Operation Finishing
Retract the cylinder chisels, lift the pile breaker and the cut pile head to the designated placement area, complete the single pile cutting operation, and prepare for the next pile treatment.
